HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Our Caregiver is expected to assist you in obtaining help when an emergency arises by calling 911 or any other number that you desire.
  • Our Caregiver is prohibited from smoking in your house and is not allowed to bring visitors while on Duty.
  • Our Caregiver may use your telephone “ONLY” in emergency situations and, even then, must seek your permission before using it.
  • Our Caregiver cannot pour or administer medicine. However, he or she can assist in the procedure.

WORK ETHICS

Our Caregiver is expected not to be late, to report to work on time, appear neat and well-groomed to perform assigned tasks and to treat you with respect, consideration and full recognition of your dignity. Likewise, we expect you to treat our Caregiver(s) with the same dignity and respect accorded you.

Our Caregiver is prohibited from Sleeping and/or Watching Television while on Duty.
